HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
To place an order for one of my products, simply select the corresponding order form in the “Order Now” section of this website

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD-TIME ON ORDERS?
Orders generally take 3-4 weeks for production. During busy times of the year, this time frame can be increased. During the holidays I will post an order cutoff date to guarantee Christmas delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed payment for your order you will be assigned an order number which will appear on the payment confirmation screen. You will also receive an email confirming your order. If you did not receive this email please check your junk mail folder.

CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY
I accept returns on all non-custom products.  For custom work, once your order goes into production it cannot be cancelled due to the personalization of  your order.  To cancel an order contact me directly at [email protected].  Please include your order number.  Refund will be made to original form of payment.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  You will be prompted to complete payment once you have completed your order form.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM WORK?
